iphone 7 plus

I acquired the iPhone 7 Plus recently because I wanted to take advantage of one key feature: the dual optical lenses. For the first time, mobile photographers using the iPhone would not have to rely on digital zoom. Consequently, it opens up some new opportunities.

The iPhone 7 Plus allows for the reframing of images without sacrificing quality.

I visited Chattanooga and shot a bunch of photos. I used the iOS camera app. The images were all edited using Snapseed. I provided Snapseed tutorials for HDR and their curves tool. Thankfully, it was a beautiful day, and it provided some great photo opportunities.

This photo took advantage of the new “portrait” mode that blurs the background.
